At Omega Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original shoebox and packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
